When we say we're a *community* land trust, we mean it.
South Tower CLT started by bringing a park to our neighborhood, the first park in South Tower. And now, we are increasing accessibility to books and community by bringing an independent bookstore to South Tower: Judging by the Cover.

Read more of our story here:

South Tower Community Land Trust started by winning its neighborhood a new park. Now it’s bought its first commercial property – and helped one small business afford a storefront in its own neighborhood.
