Bike Station and the Fresno County Bicycle Coalition had the joy of working with the Fresno State Transportation Camp! 🚴‍♀️

We taught students how to ride safely on the road — practicing skills like maneuvering around potholes, stopping quickly, and locking their bikes properly. We also talked about the importance of always wearing a helmet. 🪖

At the end of camp, each student received their very own bike, complete with lights, a helmet, and a lock. It’s so exciting to see new riders ready to roll out onto the road with confidence and safety in mind!

We were honored to be part of today’s street painting event—brightening up the neighborhood with art and community spirit. Bike Station showed up to support with free bike repairs, and we loved connecting with folks, tuning up bikes, and cheering on the amazing street transformations. Thanks to everyone who stopped by. Community looks good on us! Fresno County Bicycle Coalition

FCBC and Bike Station had a blast at Earth Day Fresno!

We kicked things off with a fun bike ride from Downtown to Fresno City College. Once there, we offered free bike valet for everyone who rode to Earth Day—because bikes deserve VIP parking too!

We gave away two kids’ bikes, handed out bells, stickers, and coloring sheets, and shared info about safe cycling. Huge thanks to Laura from for her great presentation on the 5 layers of bicycle safety, and to Chris from for keeping the good vibes going with music all day.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by—let’s keep riding toward a cleaner, greener Fresno!

This weekend was all about community, safety, and bikes! 🏅💛 We had an amazing time at our Vision Zero event with:

✅ A Bike Rodeo—kids leveled up their riding skills & learned safety tips! 👏
✅ Bike Giveaways—refurbished by Bike Station and given back to the community! 🚴‍♀️
✅ Helmet Giveaways—because every ride should be a safe one! 🪖💙
✅ Community Ride—because safer streets start with all of us! 🌎
✅ Coffee & Donuts—fuel for the ride! ☕🍩

One of the most special moments? We gave away a bike from a family who lost their brother—a passionate cyclist in Visalia. His bike now belongs to a young rider who couldn’t wait to cruise. 💛🚴

A huge thank you to everyone who showed up and rode with us. Bike Station worked hard to refurbish 12 bikes and get them back into the community. FCBC gave out helmets, led the community ride, and the bike rodeo for kids. Fresno County Bicycle Coalition

This is why we push for —safer streets, fewer accidents, and a stronger cycling community. Let’s keep rolling toward change!
