And they’re off!

Our Teen Delegates and chaperones are on their way to the 73rd Mid-Atlantic Regional Teen Leadership Conference! We are excited for them to experience a weekend filled with leadership development, meaningful engagement, new friendships, and unforgettable memories.

This conference promises opportunities to learn, grow, serve, and have fun while connecting with teens and families from across the region. We wish our delegation safe travels and look forward to hearing about all they accomplish and experience during this incredible journey. Safe travels, and represent the Greater Fredericksburg Chapter with Excellence!

Today, our chapter leadership traveled to Richmond for the Leadership Retreat: Planting a Firm Foundation.

Chapter Presidents, Vice Presidents, Financial Officers, and Lead Teen Advisors were equipped, empowered, and reminded of the responsibility we carry. Strong leadership creates strong chapters, and strong chapters create meaningful experiences for our children.

We are returning with renewed focus, sharpened tools, and a deeper commitment to lead with purpose, serve with excellence, and build a foundation that will continue to stand.

The Greater Fredericksburg Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. recently set sail on the beautiful Potomac River to celebrate our Annual Black Family Day, a cherished tradition dedicated to honoring our families, our children, and our chapter members.

This special day provided an opportunity to recognize the accomplishments of our children through certificates and gifts celebrating their academic excellence, leadership, and achievements in extracurricular activities. We are incredibly proud of their hard work, dedication, and growth throughout the year. We also took time to honor outstanding mothers, fathers, and associates whose service and commitment continue to strengthen our chapter and the communities we serve.

One of the most meaningful moments of the day was our Bridging Ceremony, where we celebrate mothers who are graduating from active membership. This beautiful tradition marks the successful completion of their journey as Active Mothers in Jack and Jill of America, Inc. and the beginning of a new chapter as Tenured Mothers. As they cross the bridge, Associate Mothers warmly welcome them, symbolizing the enduring bonds of sisterhood and the next season of service, fellowship, and support.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in making this day so memorable. Together, we continue to celebrate family, achievement, leadership, and the lifelong connections that make Jack and Jill so special.
