🚨 We Need In-Person Tutors & Learning Hub Volunteers

This is one of the hardest parts of my job.

Families reach out because their children need support, and sometimes I don't have enough tutors available to connect them with.

Right now, we have learners waiting for support across Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George, and Caroline.

We're looking for:

📚 Volunteer Tutors
📚 Learning Hub Volunteers
📚 Academic Coaches
📚 Independent Contractor Tutors

We're especially seeking individuals who have experience supporting neurodivergent learners, students with disabilities, and learners with unique educational needs—or are willing to learn.

Whether you're a teacher, retired educator, college student, homeschool educator, therapist, paraprofessional, parent, professional, or simply someone who cares about helping young people succeed, we'd love to connect.

Volunteer and paid contractor opportunities are available.
