What an amazing turnout! Thank you to everyone who joined the YPBC for our August Lunch & Learn, The Life Cycle of a Home!

We had the opportunity to take a behind-the-scenes look at the many stages that bring a home from an idea to reality, including land acquisition, architecture, engineering, construction, and putting the home on the market.

We appreciate our speakers - Brendan Wharton with Morgan-Keller, Jessica Bowers Fitzgerald with Bates Architects LLC, Brian Cave with APEX Technology, Dillon Myers with PDR Homes, LLC, and Reed Jimenez with LPT Realty - for sharing their expertise and giving our young professionals a broader look at how each part of the industry connects.
