Children with special healthcare needs face unique challenges and something as simple as a backpack or a set of colored pencils can make a meaningful difference as they head back to school.

The Children's Diagnostic & Treatment Center, an affiliate of Broward Health, is collecting school supplies now through July 24. Drop off donations at CDTC (1401 S. Federal Hwy, Fort Lauderdale) or any Fort Lauderdale Fire Station — or shop their Amazon Wishlist from home.

Together, we can help every child walk into the classroom ready. 💙
