We’ve nearly completed our scans of all the SIGGRAPH Programs for the SIGGRAPH History Archive, but we’re still looking for printed Programs for 1974, 1975 & 1976.

We have some information for ’75 & ’76 from the Proceedings, but don’t have any copies of those actual Programs, and we don’t have any program information for ’74 (which we believe might be a few mimeographed sheets).

The SIGGRAPH Archive Project and the 50th Conference Celebration are looking for sponsorship. If you are interested in being a sponsor, see the Sponsorship Page.

This was a great presentation at the conference this year....

How do you capture and visualize something as vast as the universe? Joseph DePasquale and Alyssa Pagan from NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s Space Telescope Science Institute team created an ACM SIGGRAPH 2024 course to show you!

You can now view the full course materials to learn how iconic images from the Space Telescope Science Institute and NASA's newest flagship observatory, the James Webb Space Telescope, are produced. You'll learn the principles of image processing for astronomy. Alyssa and Joseph provide detailed information on obtaining and working with publicly available data from the Webb Telescope so that you can create your own versions of these images!
