Fall volunteer trainings!

Looking for a way to help your community and spread some joy?
Come volunteer with us at Bison Strides!!

Our next general volunteer training (mandatory for all volunteers) will be held Thursday August 27th 5:30-7:30pm at the NDSU Equine Center. Age 16+. No horse experience is required. Close toed shoes are required.

Our horse handler training is for horse savvy folks with 5+ years of horse experience who have already completed the general volunteer training. Age 16+, close toed shoes required. This training will be held Tuesday September 1st 5:30-7:30pm at the NDSU Equine Center.

Happy International Equine Assisted Services day!

This day recognizes all equine assisted services and programs that help pair Horses and Humans for therapeutic benefit!

We are so grateful to work with amazing horses and humans and provide equine assisted services for our community.

Tremendous thanks to Jessie Bailey Brianagh Weisbeck and Emily Dilliard for setting up, taking care of Tony and Spark throughout the hot but breezy day at the North Dakota Horse Park Family Day, and sharing what we do at NDSU Bison Strides.
