The WasteShed Evanston Evanston's Creative Reuse Resource

09/29/2026

Thanks for sharing our move, Block Club Chicago! We're setting up at 5200 N Broadway and excited to get the doors open and the affordable materials moving in October, full article linked in our bio 💜

Thank you so much to everyone who has made this move possible! All donations to our Moving Fund through October 1st will be generously matched by Field Foundation up to $5,000, so we've got just 2 days left to raise $3,000 and reach our full goal!

Every $1 donated to The WasteShed returns a $6 value to Chicago's arts and educational communities, which in turn contribute billions of dollars annually to the local economy. AND it helps us help you get cool art supplies for cheap 😎

Bad news: the dinosaurs escaped containment 😬
Good news: they’re for sale! 🦖

Nearly life size dinosaur cutouts are available at The WasteShed Evanston! They don’t quite fit in our store though, so ask a friendly Jurassic Park (WasteShed) staff member to show you to our secret Dino zoo!

Must shop in person! $10-$15 each! Rawr!
