For those doing the work day-to-day, the real challenge isn’t just building—it’s building internal processes and systems that sustain and scale your business.

This Real Talk panel, Construction Through the Lens of Operations, brings together Diana Goode (Executive Director, TechTown Detroit Ops Plus) and Andres Valbuena (VR Homes) currently a City of Detroit Government Contractor for an honest conversation about what it takes to run a construction business that lasts.
