They teach the first pass. They build confidence. They create belonging. They keep young athletes coming back. And, season after season, they build the pathways that make the future of our game possible.

To Heather — and to every coach across Rugby Colorado who gives their time, knowledge and heart to our young athletes — thank you for developing our players, strengthening our pathways and leaving the game better than you found it.
