Love cats but can't adopt or foster? Considering volunteering in person!

Where: East Dallas
When: 7 days a week, typically between 10am and 6pm
How: Fill out the volunteer application on our website

We would love some adults who live nearby and have a few hours during the weekdays to come hang out with some shy cats! We have wifi if you want to bring a laptop or tablet to get some work done. ✨️ It's a simple task but can have a HUGE impact on these cats

Toasty is a sweet fluffy girl, rescued with her mom, Brioche, and her siblings Monte, Pita, Brie, and Reuben. Thomas has undeniable big orange cat energy — the kind that quietly takes over the room. He might hang back at first, sizing things up like the main character at the start of a show, but once he’s comfortable, he’s fully committed.

He’s a little goofball when the mood strikes, surprisingly mellow when it doesn’t, and has that classic orange-cat charm that makes everything he does mildly entertaining. Thomas knows when to play, when to lounge, and when to just exist nearby being endearing.

Thomas is currently in a home with many dogs of all sizes so is familiar eith the sounds they make. He has had limited interaction with small, Cat Friendly dogs and showed no aggression. He has potential to become dog friendly with an experienced owner who does slow introduction with a known Cat Friendly dog.

Mr. Fluffypants is a young tabby boy with the softest coat and a personality that’s impossible to ignore. He’s a total character—always in the middle of things, always doing something entertaining, and somehow always making people laugh without even trying.

Edamame is a blue marble tabby girl just over a year old with a calm, easygoing presence. She’s past the tiny kitten chaos but still has a playful side that shows up in little bursts. Most of the time, she’s happy to lounge nearby 💖

She’s affectionate in a quiet, steady way—leans into pets, settles in close, and just fits into your space. The kind of cat who makes a home feel a little more relaxed without even trying. Now Edamame just needs a home of her own!

Amber was found as a tiny injured kitten when she was a few weeks old. After surviving what seemed to be an animal attack, she received all the medical care she needed to become the healthy, happy sweet girl she is today! Amber has been through a lot in her short little life but that hasn't put a damper on her charming & sweet personality. 

Amber is a very easy going girl just looking for her forever lap to curl up upon. She loves spending her day lounging in the sun and snuggling in bed. Amber is very affectionate with the sweetest little purr. Because she's been though so much, she can be a tad skittish at first but warms up very quickly to pretty much everything from children & dogs to new situations & places. She would love to live in a house with another cat, especially an equally as mellow companion, but would do just fine as an only cat if her person was always around.

Woodford and Sazerac are 11 month old house-panther siblings (day that 5 times fast) and they are in need of a forever home!! We would love to see them adopted together but they can be adopted separately. They are outgoing and friendly - truly perfect kitties!!
