📣An important announcement from our Board of Directors

We want to take a moment to share a quick update with our community regarding grant reviews, communication, and relief distribution.

Nanny Relief Fund is operated by an entirely volunteer Board of Directors, alongside our incredible volunteer grant reviewers. Over the past six weeks, we’ve participated in three major industry events that helped raise critical funds for our mission. While we’re grateful for those opportunities, they’ve also contributed to some delays in emails and grant reviews.

We do our very best to follow the grant review schedule we regularly share here, and we appreciate your patience when things take a little longer than expected.

A quick reminder: If you’re approved for relief, please double-check that your payment information is accurate so we can get your funds to you without additional delays.

We know that when you’re experiencing financial hardship, every day matters. We never take that lightly, and getting relief into your hands as quickly as possible is always our priority.

We were SO excited to connect with our friends at HomePay at the Association of Premier Nanny Agencies Conference last week 💚 the fourth payroll company to join us for our Financial Preparedness Series this summer! (Missed that conversation? You can catch the replay on our Instagram!)

But there’s something else we need to celebrate… HomePay made an incredible $2,500 donation to NRF right before our Live event 🎉

While this gift isn’t part of our Double the Care campaign, we couldn’t let it go without giving them the recognition and appreciation they deserve.

Another familiar face at Association of Premier Nanny Agencies Conference! 💚

We loved catching up with Theresa, Senior Director of Strategic Marketing at GTM Payroll & HR!

GTM is one of our valued monthly donors and has officially earned their NRF Digital Payroll Partner Badge! 🎉 They also joined us this summer for our Financial Preparedness Series to talk about No Tax on Overtime, helping bring important financial education to the nanny community.

Now THIS is what we love to see! 💚 Our friends at enginehire stopped by our table at APNA to talk all things relief, and they came with an incredible surprise!

Not only is EngineHire already a monthly donor and longtime industry supporter, but they made an additional $1,000 donation to our Double the Care campaign!

And you know what that means… 👀 That $1,000 becomes $2,000 in relief thanks to our matching partner (and just announced Agency of the Year!!) Household Staffing!

Leadership in Full Color looks pretty good on this community! 💚

Our volunteer Board Members are in Charlotte for the Association of Premier Nanny Agencies Conference, and we’re looking forward to the next couple days and having conversations about how we can keep showing up for the nannies who make this industry what it is.

📣We want supporting nannies in need to be more than something agencies do occasionally. Let’s make giving back the regular, expected, and yes, COOL thing to do in this industry.

What if relief also looks like understanding your paycheck? Having verifiable income? Building an emergency fund? Knowing what resources exist before you need them?

We’ll always be here to help nannies through emergencies.
But we’re also working to help our community prepare for them.

That’s why education has become such an important part of what we’re building at NRF.

¿Y si el apoyo también significara entender tu recibo de pago? ¿Tener ingresos comprobables? ¿Crear un fondo de emergencia? ¿Conocer los recursos disponibles antes de necesitarlos?

Siempre estaremos aquí para ayudar a las niñeras en momentos de emergencia.

Pero también estamos trabajando para ayudar a nuestra comunidad a estar mejor preparada para enfrentar esas situaciones.

Por eso, la educación se ha convertido en una parte tan importante de lo que estamos construyendo en NRF.
