On Saturday, June 20, DTEA is proud to partner with the Martin Luther King III Foundation’s Realize the Dream initiative for our Community Service Day. Together, we’ll honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy by giving back, serving others, and making a positive impact in our community.

Senior Spotlight: Nithin Jayakanthan 🎓

For the past 10 years, Nithin has brought leadership, dedication, and a team-first attitude to the tennis court. As a Team Captain, he competed in both singles and doubles while earning Academic All-District First Team honors and recognition as a Merit Commended Scholar. His favorite memories came from fall team matches, where teammates competed side by side and built a family-like culture.

After graduation, Nithin will attend UT Dallas to study Biology and pursue a career in sports medicine. Thank you, Nithin, for your positive leadership, academic excellence, and commitment to your teammates. Your impact on the DTEA family will last for years to come! Congratulations! 💙

Senior Spotlight: Luc Fedrigo 🎓

Over the past two years at DTEA, Luc has grown both on and off the court through hard work, discipline, and determination. From tournament victories to memorable doubles comebacks, he has embraced every challenge and continued to elevate his game.

As he prepares for graduation and the next chapter, Luc has his sights set on college, pre-med studies, and future opportunities in France. We can’t wait to see where his dedication takes him next.

Senior Spotlight: Gary Riley 🎓

Over the past two years at DTEA, Gary has grown tremendously both on and off the court. From earning a silver medal in his very first UTR tournament to achieving his first ace, his dedication and perseverance have been evident every step of the way. As he prepares to graduate, Gary plans to pursue Electrical Engineering at Houston Christian University while continuing his tennis journey. We are proud of all he has accomplished and excited for what lies ahead. Congratulations, Gary! 💙
