At Workforce Dallas, we believe talent is everywhere — opportunity is not. Too many adults are working hard every day yet remain disconnected from clear pathways to stable, family-sustaining careers. Our work is centered on removing barriers, building trust, and connecting people to real opportunities that lead to long-term economic mobility.

This work is challenging, but the impact is powerful. Seeing confidence grow, hope return, and futures begin to change is what drives our mission forward every day.

We are grateful to our operational partner, Goodwill Dallas , and to the many employer, education, and training partners helping make this work possible across our city. Real systems change only happens through collaboration and we are proud to stand alongside organizations committed to creating stronger career pathways for Dallas residents.

Goodwill Dallas, Workforce Dallas, TWU Ventures and Skilltrade created the certified clinical medical assistant program to tackle what organizers describe as the “last mile” problem in workforce development. That means helping adults with complicated lives move into healthcare jobs with employers lined up before graduation.
