We took our intern to StartupCincy...

And here's her takeaway... "Stay curious, learn as you go, and listen to podcasts."

Real Talk is . . "the perfect balance of structure and free-form."

Where women have..."powerful conversations & great connections."

A favorite of StartupCincy!

Join us every 3rd Thursday in Covington & every 4th Thursday on Zoom.

Jasmine did a great job representing Aviatra at StartupCincy on Monday!

Connecting and sharing at the "Welcome to the Ecosystem" session.

We LOVE being a part of the ecosystem.
We LOVE connecting women to each other and to resources!

The most beautiful thing about the Aviatra community is that we are celebrating and supporting each other.... TOGETHER!

You can do this AND You don't have to do it alone!

In this video, I discuss the idea behind “leapfrog capital” and the test you can use to determine what your business really needs in terms of funding.

We are convening two focus groups to help us understand what business owners need and how community members want to support them. Here are the links to join one:

Mover & Makers named Aviatra's Muse Boutiques – a new retail marketplace in Covington NOTABLE IN NONPROFIT INNOVATION!

It’s a practical, supportive setup that gives women-led retail brands the room and resources they need to thrive.

Designed for modern female business owners, this new shop lets 30 emerging, women-owned brands sell their products under one roof. Giving entrepreneurs a low-risk environment to test their concepts with below-market rent.

Aviatra handles the heavy lifting by teaming up with the Northern Kentucky Community Action Commission’s NKCAC Senior Workforce Program to staff the store five days a week.
