What is Flight Night?

It's a night where we celebrate what women are building in our community.

The first part of the night features the thirteen women who have gone through Aviatra's Momentum program. (You get to vote for your favorite)

The latter, half of the evening celebrates seasoned entrepreneurs who will be accepting entrepreneur of the year awards.

Good food. Good people. Good vibes!

"Wow! Look at what women are building in Cinci-tucky!"

Last year, we filled the 20th Century Theater with 200 community leaders, friends, family members, sponsors, teachers, and female advocates. It was AMAZING, INSPIRATIONAL, and a lot of FUN!

Cheers to last year's pitch winner, Kris Ritcher, of Paint Playground.

Just like last year, as an attendee, you'll get to pick your favorite pitch of the night, and we're confident you'll leave having made valuable connections and feeling optimistic about our region's growing economy.
