Reminder that we are having an Indigo Dye Party and Stitched Shibori Workshop next Thursday, June 25!

We’ll provide the indigo dye, basic dyeing supplies, and know how. Bring your own piece of natural material like cotton, linen, silk, or wool, or buy a tee or bandana for a donation to Art Equals.

Register Ahead - $20 (includes supplies) or at the Door $30

Inclusively sized Tees - $20 donation
Cotton Bandanas - $10 donation

Stitched Shibori Workshop - starts 5:30pm
Indigo Dye Party - 6:30-8pm.

There’s a wealth of colorful trash around us just waiting to be repurposed for a fabulous trashy creation! Save your wrappers, scour the neighborhood for colorful bottle caps and bits of broken plastic. Bring them to the studio for Art Hive this Tuesday, and we’ll have fun making wild arrangements in unique shadow boxes.

Reminder that our Creative Supply Snack & Swap is happening this Sunday!

How it works:

- Bring your clean, gently used or new items. Leave the dried out or broken stuff out of the mix.
- There will be tables marked with general categories' such as colors, sculpture, and even the Crow’s table for all that strange stuff that needs it’s own spot.
- Sort the things you bring onto the tables and then grab what catches your eye as a swap.
- Don’t have stuff to swap - no worries. Art Equals is putting out stuff for you to grab.
- Feel free to bring a snack to share if that’s your creative language!
