Last night, we joined The 410 Giving Circle from Horizon Community Foundation of Northern Kentucky to celebrate being one of this year’s grantees and to share more about the work we do at Esperanza. We were selected earlier this year, and it meant a lot to come together in person and mark this moment as a community 💙
Through this support, Esperanza received $13,000 for our program, "Acompañando con Esperanza," to strengthen the emotional and mental health support we provide to Latino families across Northern Kentucky. This funding helps our team continue showing up with care to the real needs people bring through our doors every day.
We’re thankful to Horizon Community Funds, the members of The 410, and everyone who believes in community-rooted support. Your trust and generosity help us keep walking alongside families with compassion, dignity, and hope. 🌱

Flu Shot Drive Success! 💉💙 Our flu shot drive was a big success—20 flu shots given in less than 2 hours!
Thank you to the Nurse Advocacy Center for the Underserved (NACU) and the Esperanza volunteers for making this possible and helping us bring accessible, preventive care to our community.
We’re grateful for strong partnerships that keep our families healthy and protected. 🌿

On this Giving Tuesday, support your Latino neighbors. 💙 At Esperanza, every day we welcome families who need guidance, care, and someone who can truly listen. In 2025, we’ve walked alongside our community in 4,804 cases — helping at our bilingual front desk, providing care in our free health clinic, offering weekly immigration and legal support, and supporting students and parents through school challenges, healthcare access, and moments of stress or uncertainty.
Your donation today helps us continue being that place of help, hope, and connection for every person who comes through our doors.
📌 Can you help us reach our $5,000 goal? Every gift — no matter the amount — truly makes a difference.
💛 Donate today and stand with our Latino families this Giving Tuesday.

Last week, Esperanza was honored to be part of the St. Elizabeth Foundation Holiday Style Show & Luncheon—a beautiful event that brings our community together to support programs that strengthen the health and wellbeing of families across Northern Kentucky. 💙✨
We’re grateful to St. Elizabeth Healthcare for inviting our Executive Director, Violeta Colmán, to participate and for their continued collaboration with Esperanza throughout the year. Events like this remind us of the power of partnership and the joy of working alongside organizations committed to the wellbeing of our community.
Thank you, St. Elizabeth, for all you do and for the many ways you uplift Northern Kentucky. 🌟

A few months ago, the amazing .belle reached out to Esperanza to see how she and her group of friends at could support our center's roof repairs. In that moment, the roof in the back of our building was falling apart, and raccoons had decided to make that their home 🦝
When they found out about this, this amazing group of very talented people stepped in with a proposal: they would host a 24-hour non-stop comedy show, and all the money would be donated to Esperanza 😍
They raised over $2,500 for the repair work and made us feel, once again, that the community is here for us 🫶🏽 A huge THANK YOU to each and every one who made this happen. We are grateful for your support and for your kindness 💛
