Thank you to everyone who joined us for the NAACP Northern Kentucky Branch Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Luncheon. Your presence, support, and shared commitment made this gathering truly meaningful.
Congratulations to all of our incredible recipients. Your leadership, service, and dedication continue to move our community forward. We are deeply grateful to our sponsors, city officials, state representatives, NAACP committee members, volunteers, and partners who worked tirelessly to bring this event to life.
A special thank you to Lieutenant Governor Jacqueline Coleman, our keynote speaker, for her powerful words and continued commitment to justice, equity, and service. And thank you to Andy Beshear and his team for the special announcement. Your words, resonated, power, unity, and leadership.
This year’s theme, “Facing an Uncertain Future with Determination,” reminds us that even in challenging times, our strength is rooted in unity, courage, and purpose. As Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. reminded us:
“If you can’t fly then run, if you can’t run then walk, if you can’t walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.”
Together, we will keep moving forward.
Please don’t forget to take our survey and sign up for the meet and greet. Your voice matters, and we want to stay connected as we continue this important work.
With gratitude and determination,
NAACP Northern Kentucky Branch
