A heartfelt thank you to Rudler, PSC, for spending a volunteer day with OneQuest Health this past August!

The Rudler team helped organize our clothing and activities closets in our residential cottages and lent a hand cleaning up tree branches and debris after a storm swept through our campus just days earlier. Their willingness to step in and help made a meaningful difference for our community.

We are also proud to recognize Melanie Smart, Shareholder and CPA at Rudler PSC, who serves as an Executive Officer on OneQuest Health’s Board of Trustees. As Treasurer of the Board, Melanie also chairs the Board’s Finance Committee, providing valuable leadership and support to our organization.

OneQuest Health Human Resources Manager, Jenny Wichmann, has the right touch. 🦋

On most days, Jenny nurtures meaningful relationships with the 165 associates who are transforming America’s health across our five locations in northern and central Kentucky. But when our Monarch Butterfly garden produced this extraordinary creature, she paused for a mental health moment — a reminder of how small experiences can ground us in gratitude and connection.

The youth receiving care at our two psychiatric residential campuses regularly participate in alternative therapies that support stronger treatment outcomes. As they witness the transformation of these butterflies — now beginning their migration journey — we honor our associates and Human Resources team who work everyday to create a clearer, more compassionate path to mental health.

This gathering is a long-standing tradition for the Jesuit Parish Family community. Events like this reflect what we value most: community, connection, and shared purpose. 🌻 As the summer garden season comes to an end, we're celebrating the growth taking place at our Sanctuary Gardens — both in the soil and within our residential program.

Throughout the season, our residential clients plant, tend, and harvest a variety of vegetables, gaining hands‑on experience in sustainable practices from farm to table.

🐛 At OneQuest Health, we believe wellness extends beyond traditional care settings. Through the Sanctuary Garden Program, children learn patience, responsibility, and consistency as they care for the seeds they grow. Watching something flourish through their own efforts offers a meaningful sense of accomplishment and a deeper connection to nature.

Did you know? Our Sanctuary Gardens are a registered pollinator garden in partnership with the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden. We also raise monarch butterflies on-site, giving clients the opportunity to observe and support a full life cycle — from caterpillar to chrysalis to flight.

🐾 Meet Willow, one of the beloved therapy dogs at OneQuest Health!

As a proud dog-friendly organization, OneQuest Health welcomes associates to bring their dogs to work, helping create a warm and supportive environment for our team and the clients we serve. Willow is one of several therapy dogs who provide comfort, connection, and smiles throughout the day, especially when interacting with youth and families in our care.

We're also grateful for Willow's owner, Kilee Weiskittel, Intensive Outpatient Supervisor and Therapist in our Outpatient Division. Kilee is dedicated to supporting clients on their path toward healing, growth, and recovery through compassionate, evidence-based care. Together, Kilee and Willow bring both clinical expertise and therapeutic support to those we serve.
