This new mom finished her online Parenting Course last month, just one week shy of her due date! She came by the office to pick up her $100 gift card that she earned by completing the course. She was able to do everything online, in her spare time, and we just know she’s putting all those skills (and her gift card!) to good use now. Let’s hear it for all the moms out there -doing everything they can to be the very best they can be for their kids! 🩷🩵🩷🩵

September was National Infant Mortality Awareness Month. Rebekah and Tiffanie each took the opportunity to attend bubble releases, which took place throughout the month at different locations throughout the Midlands. These photos are from events at Prisma -Parkridge and Prisma -Richland. Bubbles are released as a way to honor these angel babies who never got to celebrate their first birthday. While tragic and heartbreaking, bringing awareness to infant mortality rates is the best way to lower them. Education can save lives! 🩷🩵

Birthright is so blessed by our diverse community of supporters. We have people who volunteer their time, some who donate money or items and others who offer up their talents! Karen Sparks is a talented poet, and wrote one just for our moms-to-be. These sweet poem cards will be included in every gift bag at our shower this November. What a meaningful way to let our clients know how loved and supported they are, even by people they’ve never met. Thank you for your kind and encouraging words, Karen! 💙🤍🩵

Birthright International held their annual convention in Salt Lake City, Utah. Anita had the pleasure of attending, in such a beautiful location, but more importantly got to connect with other program directors from nearby places like Greenville, other U.S. states -from Maryland to California -and many other countries from around the world! 🌏 Africa had representatives from four different countries in attendance! It’s always so beneficial to hear from our organization’s leadership and network with other chapters to learn new and valuable ways that we can best serve our clients!
