GROW's April calendar has a little something for everyone: lots of live music, some educational programs, and an art installation by our favorite defender of free speech, Jay Bender.

We're also trying something new. Adding to our regular music workshops (jazz on every 1st and 3rd Thursday; blues on the 2nd and 4th Thursday) we will now offer an open mic night on the months that have a 5th Thursday. Between now and April 30, you have time to polish your tap-dancing routine, fine-tune your best poem, dust off your tuba, or work on whatever talent you want to share. Everyone is welcome.
