The Delta Colony of Alpha Psi Kappa Fraternity Inc. Would like to Congratulate Bruh DePHender Carter on their well deserved promotion!!!!
A member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and an active member of Alpha Psi Kappa, Carter is a graduate of Benedict College. Carter joined the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice team in 2013 as a Juvenile Corrections Officer providing support to BRRC’s female youth population.
After accepting a transfer to the Midlands Evaluation Center, Carter elevated through the security ranks becoming a Corporal. Seeking an opportunity for professional growth serving youth in a programming capacity, Carter achieved a leadership position as Facility Program Manager.
This experience, the degree in Child and Family Development, coupled with Carter’s strong leadership abilities and passion for serving youth have solidified Carter’s place as the Director of Facility Programming. In this role, Carter will serve youth and staff across the state leading programming initiatives designed to impact and transform young lives. Congratulations Nicole!!
