A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for last night’s Video Games in Concert at the Koger Center for the Arts!

The evening was leveled up thanks to our special guest, game designer and creative director Christopher Barrett, as well as our program partners Columbia Choral Society and Midlands Gaming Coalition.

A special thank you goes out to our Grand Notes for Notes sponsors, Dr. and Mrs. Helmut and Gillian Albrecht, for supporting music purchases for this evening’s concert, along with Bob Evans for his support of Final Fantasy 7 and Mass Effect.

Are you or someone you know a talented musician looking for the opportunity to perform, grow, and be part of a vibrant musical community? Auditions for the 26/27 season are happening this Sunday, August 23!

We’re currently seeking musicians for:

✨ Senior Assistant Concertmaster — Tenure Track

✨ Associate Principal Violin 2 — Tenure Track

✨ Section & Substitute Players — Violin, Viola, Cello & Double Bass

Whether you’re ready to step into a leadership role or looking to become part of an exceptional orchestra, this could be your opportunity to join the SC Philharmonic family and help bring extraordinary music to audiences across the region.
