South Carolina’s water infrastructure investments are creating a ripple effect — strengthening communities, supporting jobs and growing our economy.

Through the State Revolving Fund, communities can access low-interest loans to upgrade wastewater, drinking water and stormwater infrastructure.

By the numbers:
💧 $2.3 billion in projected infrastructure spending
👷 1,570 jobs each year during construction
💰 $917.2 million in labor income during construction
📈 $1.6 billion in economic output + 1,038 additional jobs from multiplier effects
📍 Projects in 41 of South Carolina’s 46 counties
