ATD South Carolina Chapter The South Carolina chapter of ATD strives to be the leading organization for training and human development professionals in the state.

The South Carolina Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), formerly known as the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), offers networking and professional development opportunities for members and guests working in the training and development fields. The GIG chapters (Midlands, Upstate, and Lowcountry) typically meet on the third Friday of each month at a variety o

f locations around the state and offer excellent programs as well as opportunities for networking. Members who are both local and national members of ATD receive numerous benefits. Local members benefit from free monthly meetings and networking opportunities. Members who join national ATD gain access to a national job bank, discussion forums, training publications, exclusive research, searchable training databases, and discounts on conferences and tools.
