Meet Noah and Molly, CLC's summer interns!

Nuh “Noah” Agarwalla graduated from Baldwin Wallace University in May with a double major in marketing and accounting. His résumé is already full of accomplishments. He’s built lead generation pipelines, created AI integrations, and completed digital audits for real clients. He also holds a Google Analytics 4 certification and speaks three languages.

Molly Roberts is a rising senior at the University of Richmond, where she's double majoring in leadership studies and communications. A Shaker Heights native with her eyes on graduate work in law or business, Molly is drawn to nonprofit management and brings the kind of curiosity and purpose-driven energy that makes CLC tick.

Both have hit the ground running and are already leaving their mark on CLC. Help us give them a warm welcome!

Last week, the CBB Class of 2026 participated in Vision to Action Day, the final session day of the year. Through visits and conversations across Cleveland, class members explored transformational initiatives shaping the region and the leaders bringing them to life.

The day highlighted the vision behind the Playhouse Square District, North Coast Harbor, Slavic Village & Darl Center for the Arts, and Global Ambassadors Language Academy—demonstrating how collaboration, leadership, and civic action can create meaningful community impact. The class left with a deeper understanding of how individual ideas and collective action can help shape Cleveland’s future.

Special thanks to Nate Kelly from Playhouse Square, Scott Skinner and Zoe Toscos from the North Coast Waterfront Development Corporation, Chad Brintnall from SmithGroup, Darl Schaaf from the Darl Center for the Arts, and Meran Rogers from Global Ambassadors Language Academy for sharing their insights and experiences.
