Living with ITP can take a lot out of you from planning, worrying, tracking symptoms, and managing the unknown. Stress and fatigue can build up quickly. Taking moments to rest, breathe, and giving your brain space to relax is an important part of your care. Small moments of calm can make a big difference.

If your brain is asking for a break, drop a 🧠 to show our ITP community that none of us are carrying this alone.

Primary Immune Deficiency Week reminds us that immune conditions don’t always look the same. It is a reminder that when the immune system is weakened, it can also become confused. Some patients with a primary immunodeficiency not only struggle to fight infections — their immune system may mistakenly target their own cells such as platelets which can leading to ITP. Understanding this connection helps us support earlier recognition and better care.
