MicroLife Institute is excited to partner with Believe Greater Dalton to bring a new cottage court community to Dalton, Georgia!

We were thrilled to share our vision at the THRIVE Tri-State Summit, showcasing how innovative housing solutions, thoughtful design, and missing middle housing can create more opportunities for people to live, connect, and thrive.

Our goal is simple: More housing choices. Stronger neighborhoods. Communities built for people.

We’re excited to work alongside Believe Greater Dalton and local leaders to turn this vision into reality and demonstrate how cottage court communities can help shape the future of housing in Northwest Georgia.
