As we celebrate this year’s Start:ME cohorts, we want to take a moment to recognize the mentors, family members, friends, and supporters who helped make this journey possible.

Entrepreneurship comes with challenges, growth, and big dreams, and having people who encourage, guide, and believe in you can make all the difference. Thank you to everyone who supported our entrepreneurs throughout the program. Your impact matters more than you know.

We’re so excited to celebrate our Community Impact Award winners from this year’s Start:ME cohorts! 💙✨

The Community Impact Award honors a small business in each cohort that makes a clear, positive impact on their neighbors and includes a $500 award to support their continued growth.

Last week, we celebrated the graduation of our Start:ME 2026 cohort and now it’s time to celebrate the team that made it all possible 💙

From early mornings to late nights, this incredible crew poured so much heart into making this season special for our entrepreneurs, alumni, and community. Because of their hard work, dedication, and care, we proudly graduated 69 ventures this year! 🎓✨

It takes a village to build something this meaningful, and we’re so grateful for the Start:ME team that helps bring it all to life.

Pitch Night is definitely the best night!! ✨

Take a look at how East Lake’s final session went, so much good energy in the room! We got to see every business truly shine as entrepreneurs took the stage and pitched their hearts out.

Thank you so much to Wigasi (EL, ‘25), Meredith (former Mentor), and Commissioner Nicole Massiah (EL, ‘15) for spending the evening with us.

Congrats to our pitch winners (but honestly, it felt like everyone won that night!!). We’re so proud of this cohort and can’t wait to celebrate them again at graduation! 🎓
