🚨 BREAKING: Ridglan Farms is shutting down.

The Wisconsin facility that bred beagles for laboratory testing will close its operations, and every remaining dog is expected to be transferred to animal welfare organizations for rehabilitation, fostering, and adoption.

More than 1,600 dogs have already been removed from Ridglan. The remaining dogs are scheduled to leave in the coming weeks, marking the end of one of the nation's most notorious laboratory-animal breeding operations.

This is a landmark victory for animal welfare and a testament to the power of advocacy, legal action, public pressure, and direct negotiations.

For thousands of beagles who were born into the laboratory supply pipeline, a new chapter is beginning.

Ridglan is closing. The dogs are getting out. And there is still more work ahead to end dog testing nationwide.
