This season, Metro Chicago Hillel and Silverstein Base Chicago are embracing the High Holidays with enthusiasm and community spirit. Our events, including Sukkot celebrations across multiple campuses, allow students to engage deeply with their Jewish identity while honoring the memory of those lost on October 7. Join us as we create spaces for reflection and joy.

Yom Kippur is one of the most meaningful days on the Jewish calendar. Millions of Jews around the world take a breath, and pray for repentance, repair, and redemption. As the sun sets this Sunday evening, dozens of students and young adults across Chicagoland will join us for services, stepping away from the noise of campus life and their busy schedules to reflect and usher in Yom Kippur together.

For many of our students and young adults, this year is their first High Holiday season away from home, in a new place with new people. Metro Chicago Hillel and Silverstein Base Chicago exist to ensure they never have to experience it alone. And your gift today helps make that possible.

Will you make a meaningful investment to ensure that all Chicago area Jewish students and young adults have a place to belong, celebrate, and grow?
