The Lighthouse Foundation Equity Index (LFEI) continues that rich legacy by working to improve workplaces for Black LGBTQ+ people and helping build a future rooted in equity, dignity, belonging, and opportunity.

This Labor Day, we honor what our ancestors fought for—and recommit ourselves to the work that remains.
