Get ready to ball out this summer. The Teen Summer Jam Basketball League is open to all teens ages 13–18 who want to sharpen their skills, compete, and have fun with friends in a high‑energy, community‑focused league. Age groups for the league are 14U, 16U, and 18U. Age is calculated as the date of the first game (July 10th)



How It Works



Register at your local recreation center to join a team.



Once teams are formed, practices will be held at your rec center starting in late May/Early June until games take place in July.



In July, teams will play four Friday‑night games at Eastway Regional Recreation Center as part of the Summer Teen Jam series.



The program is completely free — just show up ready to play.



Whether you're a seasoned hooper or just looking to try something new, this league gives you a chance to build skills, make friends, and enjoy the best part of summer: basketball under the lights.



Practices will be held at the local recreation center registered at and games will be at Eastway on July 10,17,24,31.
