🎨 Spirit Rock: April Dates Still Available!

Remember, the Spirit Rock isn't just for birthdays-it's for celebrating anything that makes your student smile!

✨ We still have a few open slots in April (all reservations are for 72 hours.

Current open dates:

🌸✨ A sweet morning at Lab on the First Day of Spring ✨🌸

We loved being able to treat our amazing teachers to breakfast during Friday’s Teacher Workday — such a fun way to start the day!

And a big congratulations to Ms. Julia, our Spring “Guess How Many” winner! She guessed the exact number of flowers in the vase (so many close guesses, but she nailed it! 👏🌷).

Moments like this are only possible because of the continued support from our Lab families. Thank you for supporting the PTSO and helping us create small but meaningful ways to show appreciation for our teachers. 💚🤍

📚 Book Fair starts TOMORROW!

K–2 kicks us off on Monday, March 23rd — we’re excited for a full week of shopping!

💳 Please make sure your student has an eWallet set up or cash — students without one will not be able to shop during their assigned time.

🗓️ Daily Shopping Schedule:
• Mon (3/23): K–2
• Tues (3/24): 3rd, 4th, Lab Extensions K–9
• Wed (3/25): 5th & 6th + After-School Shopping Night for all Lab families (4–6 PM)
• Thurs (3/26): 7th, 8th, High School

📚 Remember, it’s still National Reading Month and the perfect time to grab new books!

📚 The Spring Book Fair is Coming!

Our Scholastic Book Fair returns March 23–27, just in time for National Reading Month. We can’t wait for a great week of books at Lab!

Two quick things families can do now:

📚 Set up your student’s eWallet so they can shop cash-free.
🙋 Sign up to volunteer — we can’t run Book Fair week without parent support.

🌌✨ Middle School Dance Tickets Are Now On Sale! ✨🌌

Middle schoolers, this one’s for you.

We’re excited to bring our 5th–8th graders together for a Galaxy themed dance filled with music, friends, and fun.

📅 Friday, March 20th, 6pm-8pm
📍 Stratford Richardson YMCA

These dances are always a highlight for our middle school students, so be sure to grab tickets if your student plans to attend.

This is your final reminder to grab tickets for the Lower School Dance TODAY from 2–5 PM!

The Details:
🕑 Kindergarten & 1st Grade: 2:00–3:00 PM
🕞 2nd–4th Grade: 3:30–5:00 PM

🎟️ Tickets are still available online — grab yours using the link in our bio!
We’ll also be accepting cash at the door.

Remember:
Non-Lab students are welcome — they just need a ticket!
👨‍👩‍👧 Parents must stay and supervise their children during the event.

🎉 Our first Spirit Night of the school year is HERE and there is still time to get your tickets!

🏒 Join us tomorrow, Saturday, Jan 17th as we cheer on the Charlotte Checkers and rep that Lab pride! 💚🖤
