Partnerships like these make a real difference. When organizations invest in entrepreneurs, they’re investing in stronger businesses, stronger communities, and future economic growth.

Thank you for believing in our mission and helping us create more opportunities for founders across our region.

Huge thank you to and Matt Villmer for hosting an incredible Pro Bono Legal 101 session for Boost Pad Cohort 12 at Do Greater Charlotte.

Founders learned about building businesses the right way from the start — including business formation, contracts, protecting intellectual property, managing risk, worker classification, ownership agreements, and building companies with long-term growth and exit strategies in mind.

One of the biggest takeaways: great businesses are built with strong foundations, not just great ideas.

Also shoutout to cohort member Beyond Amazing Donuts for catering the session with some incredible donuts 🍩

Ideas are being built. Pitches are being refined. A new group of founders is getting ready to take the stage.

Join us on June 24th as Cohort 12 presents the businesses, ideas, and momentum they’ve been building throughout the program.

This is more than a pitch night, it’s a community event celebrating entrepreneurship, collaboration, and Charlotte’s growing startup ecosystem.

5 weeks until Cohort 12 becomes Boost Pad graduates.

Over the past few months, these founders have worked through entrepreneurial mindset development, branding, market validation, leadership, sales strategy, legal education, and business finance — all while building real companies in real time.

From late-night work sessions to live workshops and pitch qualifiers, Cohort 12 has been building nonstop.

For some, it starts with passion.
For others, it starts with building stability and securing freedom.

For Champagne, entrepreneurship is about creating something that lasts, not just for today, but for the future.

That’s what brought her to The Boost Pad.
