Richard Blalock, one of G2T's best advocates, amputee running coach, and mentor, talks about the population of amputees that choose "elective" surgery with the hopes of living more active lives. Great job, Richard!

Elective amputation is not common, but those who choose it seek a fuller, more active life through advances in prosthetics.

How many of you have seen situations like the ones explained in this article??

#4 (parking in an accessible parking spot) is my personal pet peeve!

If you've said any of these, don't feel bad (unless you've stolen a handicap parking spot!). We aren't angry or offended, but we want people to understand.

New guidelines for the PC Open division open the doors for increased participation into paratriathlon by disabled individuals who might not otherwise classify into the 7 International Triathlon Union (ITU) categories. This is a huge step forward in allowing access for all into the sport!

USA Triathlon has issued a set of rules to maintain consistency and order from race to race across the country. The rules include sections on membership, and rules of conduct for swimming, cycling, running, and transition. Also included are special sections on protests, hearings and appeals, and
