Dream On 3 We make sports dreams come true for kids with life-altering conditions. Dream it. Do it. These youth are the sole purpose for this organization.

We serve Dreamers, ages 5 to 21, who have chronic illnesses, developmental disabilities, and life-altering conditions. We strive to infuse magic, hope, and joy into their lives by making their sports dream come true. A child with a chronic illness endures a persistent medical condition that is not life-threatening. Some examples of chronic illnesses include diabetes, asthma, cerebral palsy, fibromyalgia, HIV/AIDS, etc. A child with a developmental disability endures physical, behavioral, and/or intellectual impairments. This type of disability disrupts daily functions and usually lasts a lifetime. These disabilities are the result of premature births, chromosome/genetic defects, brain injuries or infections, as well as parental behavior and health choices made during pregnancy. These children require lifelong care and special programs which are suited to their health care needs and vitality within the community. A child with a life-threatening condition is one whose life is endangered due to a condition or disease. Many may receive treatment, if possible, to prolong their life. Some examples of life-threatening conditions are heart disease, liver disease, cancer, etc. We want these children to have an unforgettable sports experience that will forever be ingrained in their hearts and minds; an experience that makes them feel like a MVP!

There’s a new Hoosier in the Dream On 3 family! ❤️🤍

Meet Eli, a hilarious, big-hearted 14-year-old who has a gift for encouraging everyone around him.

And when it comes to sports, there’s no question where his loyalty lies: Eli LOVES his Hoosiers. 🏈

His Dream? To experience Indiana football like never before, from taking in the energy of game day from the sidelines to meeting the players and coaches he cheers for all season long.

Making this Dream even more special, Eli will be surrounded by an incredible team of Hoosiers every step of the way. The Indiana University Collegiate Dream Team is already hard at work and surprised Eli over the weekend letting him know that his Dream would be coming true.

IU, get ready. Eli is officially part of the Dream On 3 family, and we can’t wait to see what your Collegiate Dream Team has in store for him. ❤️🤍

As a HUGE basketball fan and an even bigger Steph Curry fan, his Dream Box came loaded with an iPad, a Steph Curry jersey and bobblehead, his favorite snacks, and plenty of sports gear representing some of his other favorite teams, the New Orleans Saints and Auburn Tigers. 🏀🏈

Dream Boxes are all about bringing moments of joy, hope, excitement, encouragement, and a little piece of home to Dreamers when they need it most. 💙

A huge thank you to Lanier Islands Resort for going above and beyond to make Riley and his family feel incredibly special and loved throughout his Dream Experience!

From welcoming them to their own private LakeHouse and providing a resort cart to explore the property, to creating extra-special moments at Game Changer, the Lanier Islands team made sure Riley’s stay was filled with fun, comfort, and unforgettable memories. Their kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail helped make this weekend feel like a true getaway for the entire family.

We are so grateful to Lanier Islands for helping us create a home base for Riley’s Dream that was every bit as memorable as the adventures themselves. Thank you for being such an incredible part of his Dream! ✨
