Across seven sessions, Women Answering the Call brings ten women into conversation about influence, love, power, purpose, self-knowledge, intuition, sovereignty, wellbeing, nature, and the conditions that help communities flourish.

The gathering does not offer a single model of leadership. It opens a wider inquiry: How might women lead with courage and discipline without losing tenderness, creativity, or truth?

There is a call beneath the noise of our lives—a call to lead from the deepest, most creative, and most courageous place within us.

Drawing from her book, Crafted by Heart: Living and Leading with Love, Zoë Holland traces a sacred path from Brigid—the ancient flame-keeper and bridge between worlds—to Bridget, the woman alive today who is learning to answer her own call.

Through seven invitations woven from wisdom, creativity, and love in action, Zoë will explore what happens when women stop waiting for permission to lead and return instead to the fire they have always carried.

Courage is love in action. Creativity is love expressed. Transformation begins when we answer the call.

Stewarding from Sovereignty w/ Kenya Dunn

Good leadership is good stewardship—of people, resources, relationships, and outcomes. But Kenya Dunn makes the case that none of it is sustainable without a deeper foundation: radical sacred self-love.

In this session, Kenya will explore sovereignty as the daily practice of trusting ourselves completely and reclaiming full authority over our decisions and lives. She will share the practices that fortify her own leadership, including slow mornings, nervous-system regulation, and intentional mentoring, while offering a framework for leading with both diligence and devotion.

Women will leave with permission to steward boldly precisely because they have first learned to love themselves fiercely.

This October, The Sophia Institute invites you to Women Answering the Call: Leadership Rooted in Boundless Love, Wisdom, Creativity, Transformation—an extraordinary gathering of women committed to living and leading with heart, wisdom, courage, and purpose.

Across Friday evening and Saturday, women whose lives and work span business, media, law, community service, health, and spiritual practice will share what leadership has asked of them—and what it has made possible.

Together, we will explore a different understanding of leadership: one rooted not in power over others, but in boundless love, creativity, dignity, connection, and shared purpose. Through intimate conversations and reflective sessions, we will consider how answering the call can transform our relationships, our organizations, our communities—and ourselves.
