Charleston Habitat for Humanity Bringing people together to build homes, communities, and hope in the Charleston area since 1989.

We built, we bonded, and now it’s time to celebrate!

Join us for the Charleston Habitat for Humanity Women Build Celebration as we wrap up an incredible few weeks of women coming together to build homes, strengthen our community, and make a difference across the Charleston area.

Come enjoy drinks, good food, and even better company as we celebrate everything we accomplished together. Also get creative with a fun scrapbook activity and take home a special piece of Women Build with you!

Whether you swung a hammer, helped fundraise, rallied your friends, or simply showed up to support the mission — this celebration is for you!

💪 THANK YOU, NUCOR! 🏠❤️

We’re incredibly grateful to Nucor for supporting Charleston Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build!

Women Build brings women together to build more than homes — we’re building confidence, community, and a stronger future for local families. Your sponsorship helps make it possible for women from across our community to grab a hammer, raise their voices, and put their commitment to affordable homeownership into action.

Thank you, Nucor, for building alongside us and investing in a community where everyone deserves a safe, affordable place to live. We’re so grateful to have you on this build! 🔨✨

🏠️ A LITTLE PLAYHOUSE. A BIG DREAM. The 2026 Playhouse Project applications are still open! The deadline has been extended to October 15th.

If your family could use a little more room for imagination, adventure, and making memories, we want to hear from you!

👉 Apply here: https://forms.gle/YfZuut5TnYopYFCx5

We’re looking for families in Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester Counties with children ages 2–7 who would love a special playhouse of their very own. Thanks to our generous partners at Lowe’s, selected families will receive a custom-built wooden playhouse designed especially for their little ones.

Important: Families must have a yard that can accommodate the playhouse and be available to attend the Playhouse Project event on Saturday, December 5, 2026.

Know a family who would love this? Share this post and help us spread the word! 📣

A ReStore is more than a place to shop for great finds. It’s a way to help build a stronger Charleston.

When you shop, donate, or volunteer at the Charleston Habitat for Humanity ReStore, your support helps fund Habitat’s work to provide safe, affordable homeownership opportunities for local families.

That means your donated furniture, your home improvement purchase, or even a Saturday spent volunteering can help create something much bigger: a community where more families have a place to call home.

So the next time you visit the ReStore, remember — you’re not just shopping.

You’re helping build homes. You’re helping build stability. You’re helping build a better Charleston.

Together, We Build. 🏠💙
