When local businesses invest in CFR, that generosity travels far beyond one event. It helps furnish bedrooms where children can rest, kitchens where families can gather, and living rooms where someone rebuilding their life can finally sit down and feel at home.

What happens when a community comes together around the belief that everyone deserves to feel at home? 💙

More than 100 friends joined us for Furnishing the Future 2026, helping Central Furniture Rescue raise $20,000 to continue furnishing homes and brighter futures across Eastern Iowa.

But the impact of this night goes far beyond a dollar amount.

Every ticket purchased, donation made, plate picked, dessert pulled and item purchased helps CFR provide the everyday essentials that turn an empty space into a place someone can truly call home.

To our guests, volunteers, sponsors, donors and community partners: THANK YOU for continuing to show up for our neighbors.
