πŸš’ Answer the Call. Join the National Firefighter Registry for Cancer.

Every firefighter has a role to play in helping us better understand and reduce cancer in the fire service.

The National Firefighter Registry (NFR) for Cancer, administered by CDC/NIOSH, is open to ALL U.S. firefighters β€” career or volunteer, active or retired, with or without a cancer diagnosis. (CDC)

πŸ”₯ Why sign up? Your participation can help researchers:
βœ… Better understand the connection between firefighting and cancer
βœ… Identify occupational cancer risk factors
βœ… Improve cancer prevention efforts
βœ… Help protect current and future generations of firefighters

You do NOT need to have cancer to participate. In fact, participation from firefighters both with and without a cancer diagnosis is critical to the research. (CDC)

It only takes about 5–10 minutes to get started, and you can save your progress and come back to finish the full questionnaire later. (CDC)

πŸ“² Join the NFR today:
nfr.cdc.gov

Your service has already made a difference. Your participation in the NFR can help make a difference for the firefighters who come after you.

Together we are Stronger πŸ’ͺ
