Safe Ride is an organization through Castleton University that provides free transportation for those who need it. We run Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights from 10:00 PM - 2:00 AM. Volunteers for both driver and dispatcher are welcomed always. Drivers must be licensed to drive a large van through Castleton University.

Safe Ride will be holding a competition between clubs this semester. The prize will be $500 toward the club. At the end of the semester, the club with the most points wins. Here's how to get points:

For every driver that volunteers from your club earns 3 points
For every dispatcher that volunteers from your club earns 1 point

Sign up sheets for the this weekend and next weekend (January 19 & 20, and January 26 & 27) will be put out in SGA tomorrow by 9:30 AM.
