🎉 What an Amazing Turnout! 💜🧡

We recently held our annual Early Learning Parent Orientation, and what a wonderful turnout from our families!

Parent Orientation gives our Early Learning families an opportunity to connect, learn, and prepare for a successful year ahead. Families were able to meet some of the amazing people who make our programs possible—from our teachers and staff to managers, directors, specialists, and community partners.

Throughout the event, families received important program information and resources while also enjoying FREE raffles, giveaways, and more! 🎁📚

A huge THANK YOU to all of our dedicated staff and community partners who helped make this event a success. We would also like to thank State Housatonic for allowing us to use their event space and helping us welcome our families.

💜🧡 We’re excited for another great year of learning, growing, and empowering our children and families together!

💜 Pre-Service Training — Day 3!

Today, our Early Learning Department (ELD) continued Pre-Service Training with some team-building fun! 🙌

Staff took on a Minute-to-Win-It Team Challenge, working together through activities that encouraged communication, collaboration, trust, and teamwork—with plenty of laughs along the way! 😄

The message was simple but important: We are stronger when we work together and have each other’s backs. 💪💜

As we prepare for the new program year, we’re building stronger teams so we can continue providing the very best for the children and families we serve.
