Nigel seems sad lately. He's been with us since March 15 which is way too long for such a great guy. He's 1 1/2 - 2 years old, very friendly, affectionate, and playful. Nigel loves to be petted and spend time with people. He can be a bit of a bully with other cats so we think he'd do best in a home as your one and only.

Nigel has tested positive for FIV but that is not a death sentence! It can't be passed to people or other species, only other cats and that requires a deep bite wound. FIV positive cats can live well into their teens with no special needs or medications. Nigel keeps hoping that his purrfect family will come meet him soon at Bridgeport Petco, 4559 Main St. Could that be you? www.catsct.org

Come visit our cats (and Kittens) at Bridgeport Petco, 11-2 both Saturday and Sunday! We have some new cats to choose from including an orange girl just 9 months old. We have two new tiger kittens, 1 male, 1 female to choose from as well. They don't have to be adopted together but you must have a young kitty at home already in order to adopt a single kitten. www.catsct.org

Happy Wednesday! Like rescues everywhere this time of year we are overrun with kittens and could really use your help to keep everyone fed - and clean! If you've ever cared for kittens you know how messy they can be which is why we are asking for p*e pads - any size, color or brand - in addition to dry and canned food :)
