When circumstances prevent a child from remaining with their family, Simply Smiles Children’s Villages provide a safe and loving home where children receive all they need and deserve to reach their brightest future. Simply Smiles, Inc is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization whose children’s village model is redefining how society’s most vulnerable children are cared for. Simply Smiles recognizes the strength that is born from overcoming adversity, and it nurtures children to become adults who are driven and prepared to fulfill their dreams and to help better society—for us all. OCTOBER UPDATE from Bryan Nurnberger, President & Founder of Simply Smiles Inc.:

I spent the past week at our Simply Smiles Children's Village in Oaxaca, Mexico. We accepted new children into our care. We launched our AVANZA education program for elementary school students in the neighboring community. And we met with our attorneys in our continuing effort to secure land for our next children's village in Oaxaca.

A lot is happening! If you're not signed up for our email updates, where you will learn more about all of this, you can do so here: simplysmiles.org/email-sign-up (Make sure we don't end up in your spam folder!)

Thank you, everyone! - Bryan

SEPTEMBER UPDATE from Bryan Nurnberger, President & Founder of Simply Smiles Inc. !

I'm just back from five weeks at the Simply Smiles Children's Village in Oaxaca, Mexico, where the children in our care were enjoying their summer vacation. Today, the kids are back in school, and we're excited for another semester of academic success and to continue expanding our impact in Oaxaca. You probably know that to protect their privacy, we don't post identifying photos of the children online. However, for our email subscribers, we are able to pull the curtain back and share photos as well as stories of the impact Simply Smiles supporters are having. If you're not signed up for our emails, you can do so here: simplysmiles.org/email-sign-up (Make sure we don't end up in your spam folder!) Thank you, everyone! - Bryan

Earlier this summer, we held four fundraising events to establish named funds in honor of these remarkable people in recognition of their decades-long support of Simply Smiles:

• The Sarah Westby & Devin Hartley Fund for Children in Need
• The Karen Jones Fund for Children in Need
• The David & Nancy Nurnberger Fund for Children in Need
• The Peter & Tracy Bayers Fund for Children in Need

The events, attended by friends, family, and colleagues of the honorees, helped to raise more than $477,000 for the named funds and in support of Simply Smiles programming. Simply amazing!
