What a wonderful and informative day at the Plan Well. Live Well. Panel Event hosted by Guilford Parks & Recreation and Shoreline Village CT!

Organized by Kathy Moniello(Forevermore Homes), this event brought together an expert panel of professionals sharing valuable insights and real-life experiences to help individuals and families navigate housing and care decisions.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Forest Bathing event today! And a special thank you to Chris Gaynor for guiding us through such a peaceful and grounding experience. We slowed down, connected with nature, enjoyed some good conversation, and left feeling refreshed. Cheryl Buckley gave us a guided tour of the covered bridge, which our director George so cleverly nicknamed “The Happy Bridge”—perhaps a fitting name after all the good forest-bathing energy we took in! 🌿😊
