Notice for Monday, August 31st.

The Regional Water Authority (RWA) has begun work on the water main leak in front of our building. We anticipate that all work will be completed before we open on Monday, August 31st.

To accommodate the repair, we have temporarily shut down our circulator pumps, boilers, hot water heaters, and cogeneration system. As a result, the pools and showers will be on the colder side. 🥶

Confidence when the pressure is on!

Join the Soundview Stingrays and Guilford High School' Girls Swimming & Diving teams for a special evening with Confidence Coach Christen on Monday, September 21 at Walsh Intermediate School Auditorium.

Athletes will learn strategies to build confidence, manage pressure, and perform at their best.

Parents will gain tools to better support their athletes.

4:00–5:15 PM: High School Girls, ages 13+

5:15–6:30 PM: Club Swimmers, boys & girls, ages 13+

6:30–7:45 PM: Parent Session

Helping students build skills, confidence and independence!

Join us Wednesday, September 2 at 5:00 PM at the Soundview Family YMCA, Studio A for an opportunity to learn more about The Learning Navigators LLC and their personalized approach to supporting students with ADHD, executive functioning challenges, math anxiety and more.

Sam Tolkin, a New Haven-based educational therapist with 10+ years of experience, will share strategies designed to help students reach their full potential and become confident, lifelong learners.

A great day on the course can help create a stronger community off the course.

The Soundview Family YMCA’s Annual Golf Tournament is coming up September 8 at Lyman Orchards Golf Club. Now in its 20th year, this event brings people together to support programs and services that help youth, adults, and families access opportunities to learn, grow, connect, and thrive.

9 AM looks a little different today! We’re definitely going to miss seeing all of our amazing campers at the pool, but we wanted to take a moment to highlight all the fun Camp Nonoma and Camp Hays had during Camp Swim!

From swim lessons and water safety to free swim and plenty of splashing around, our campers built confidence in the water, made new friends, and created so many great memories!

We are so proud of everything they accomplished and all the fun they had this summer!

We wish all of our campers a terrific school year! We’ll miss you and can’t wait to see you back at the pool!
