Age 13 to 18 and looking for a different sport after spending your last season on the bench? Looking for a sport that might help you get into the college of your choice? Looking for a sport that everyone else hasn't been doing since they were 5 so you are all starting at the same level? Join Mile High Rowing Colorado in Boulder. We have 5 Learn to Row sessions this summer. Join a team that is truly a team and feel part of something greater. Welcome to Learn to Row season. We will have 5 Learn to Row sessions in June and August at Boulder Reservoir. Likewise at Cherry Creek Reservoir. These are a week long and give your youth age 13 to 18 a chance to learn a new skill. Getting out on the water is like a reset for every day. Generally the sessions are for 5 days from 7:30am to 10:30am. Once you have passed the LTR session you can join the technique program for the rest of the summer.

This is a sport where there are no bench sitters everyone gets a chance every day.

We have several ergs to sell after the Denver Indoor this weekend February 27 & 28. They are one year old and in great shape. The most excellent price is $875. Mile High Rowing Colorado and CJC Alumni

We are starting our Learn to Row sessions for Boulder on Tuesday the 26th of May. The Learn to Row schedule for this first session will be May 26 to 30 and June 2 to 6. We would love to have you join and share your love of rowing by helping to populate the boats for the Learn to Row students to help them learn. We will most likely be on shore on Tuesday learning the fundamentals, learning about the boats, learning the language and how to carry the boats, place in the water and getting into and out of the boats. But on Wednesday we will go out rowing weather permitting. Please let us know if you are interested in helping out. Everyone who shows up will be boated.

Our first Learn to Row in Boulder is happening in about a week on May 27th. We are looking for past and present team members to come help with the new rowers. Anyone that shows up will be boated. This is the perfect opportunity get community service hours while having a good time. If you want community service hours please let us know so we can track it.

College rowers we will have a need for coaching. If you are interested let us know about your availability.

Want to learn to row locally at Boulder Reservoir? Registration is ongoing for this summer. Learn a new and very rewarding sport. We have 5 learn to row camps. There are two week and one week options. These camps are for 13 to 18 year olds. They learn to row but they also learn team work, self body control, and make friends. If you love it which we are sure you will there is a follow on program for technique.

Sign up for Learn to Rows now. You don't want to miss out after the sessions sell out. In Boulder it there are several options.

2 1- week sessions: Boulder Reservoir, May 27-30
and/or Boulder Reservoir, June 9-19

2 2-week sessions: Boulder Reservoir, May 27-June 6
and/or Boulder Reservoir, June 9-13
and/or Boulder Reservoir- July 28-August 1

Alternatively there are Learn to Row sessions also at Cherry Creek Reservoir in Denver.

Since we can never get going before 9:15 because of how long it takes to get through the gate when it opens at 9am the Sunday Development Crew should be at the gate at 9am so we can start at 9:15 then we will go until 11:15 so we can get a full practice in.

Welcome to fall 2024 crew. We have merged with Mile High to create the Mile High Colorado Crew. Registration is open at https://www.regattacentral.com/clubs/?org_id=2961. We are trying something new this year in Boulder to help to regrow the program. We will have a Development program that rows 2 days a week and a Competitive program that rows 3 days a week in Boulder and 2 weekend days at Cherry Creek Reservoir as a combined team with the Denver group.
