My vegan brain gets its daily dose of awesome with 750mg of algae-derived omega-3 EPA and DHA – gotta keep those brain cells happy for the long haul! I also toss in ground chia, flax, and nutritional yeast to give any meal a boost of ALA, B vitamins, and protein. Basically, I'm a green machine, rocking the greens, beans, nuts, fruit, veggies, onions, and mushrooms.
